Georgies Kitchen is a Soul food restaurant that specializes in “down home” cooking with recipes that has been passed down from many generations! The name Georgies comes from our owner Allison B. late mother Georgia B. Byrd whom sadly passed away in April 2015. Cooking was something Ms. Georgia loved to do and often she would be the go to person to cook for all the family functions! It was always her dream to open a restaurant one day but was unable to do so due to health reasons. She passed that passion down to her only daughter who wanted to not only fulfill her mothers dream but to share her delicious recipes with the community!
